• Take healthy foods with high fiber contents.

• Consume more vegetables, grains and fruits which will prevent gas pain and constipation.

• Drink more water.

• Avoid fatty foods since that may cause gas problem to you. However you can slowly add them in small quantities one week after the surgery.

• Do regular physical exercises after getting permission from the Doctor.

• Do not lift heavy weight as that will cause more pain to your shoulder and other areas.

If you regularly follow the above said instructions, then you can overcome from gas pain as soon as possible. If the pain is intolerable, then immediately consult your Doctor and take appropriate medications.
